Helping Lee to prepare for work

Lee completed a Removing Barriers to Work with South Tyneside Works to prepare him for a kickstart placement.

He now works with South Tyneside Council within the South Tyneside Works team.

Improving Connor's confidence and getting him back to work

Connor completed a Removing Barriers to Work course with South Tyneside Works after a period of unemployment and low confidence.

The course helped him progress into work as a Facilities Services Apprentice with Invest South Tyneside.

Connor said:
