Must be aged 19 or over and have lived in the UK or EU for a minimum of three years.

For full funding you must be:

  • aged 19 or over
  • receive any state benefit payment (evidence required)
  • unemployed or working less than 16 hours and seeking employment

What you will study

This course is designed for learners looking to improve their understanding of nutrition and health.

The course aims to:

  • develop your understanding of the importance of eating healthily and maintaining hydration
  • develop your understanding of food choices and how to make healthy choices
  • help you plan a healthy diet for self and others
  • increase understanding of eating disorders, the connections between food and feelings and ways to seek help and support
Entry requirementsThis course is for anyone aged over 19 years.
